The database of Maass forms was computed by Fredrik Stroemberg and Stefan Lemurell. The algorithms are based on ideas of Stark [MR:0803370] and Hejhal [MR:1106989]. Details can be found in [MR:2429890], [MR:2895234], [MR:2164106], and [arXiv:math/0506102].
