$\SL_2$-level (awaiting review)

The $\SL_2$-level of a modular curve $X_H$ is the level of the congruence subgroup $\Gamma_H:=H\cap\SL_2(\Z)$. The $\SL_2$-level divides but need not equal the level of $H$.
