This is CuspForm $\Gamma$ $k$ in mathlib. In the LMFDB definition, $k$ is a positive integer and $\Gamma$ is a finite-index subgroup of $\SL_2(\mathbb{Z})$. Mathlib is more general: $k$ is an integer and $\Gamma$ is a subgroup of $\GL_2(\mathbb{R})$.
